If you’re having issues adding your Zable card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, try these quick steps:
1. Update everything
• Make sure your phone’s software and the Zable app are fully up to date.
2. Remove any old Zable card from your wallet
• If you can see a Zable card already in Apple/Google Wallet (even if it doesn’t work), remove/delete it first, then close the Wallet app.
3. Add the card from the Zable app (not from Wallet)
• Open the Zable app
• Go to your card
• Tap “Add to Apple Pay” or “Add to Google Pay” and follow the steps on screen.
4. Approve the request in the Zable app
• When you try to add the card, you should get an approval prompt in the Zable app.
• Make sure notifications are allowed for Zable and tap Approve when asked.
