If you have paid your rent in the last few days it can often take 3-4 days for the payment to appear in your Open Banking so it's worth waiting for this before contacting us.
If after 4 days, Zable hasn't verified your rent then there may be an error with the connection on the bank side. It's worth trying the following steps:
Go to the manage linked accounts page in settings and unlink your account
Go back to rent reporting and click on the missed payment alert
Press choose a different account
Relink the same account you pay rent from
You should then be able to select the payment
