I've paid my rent this month but you haven't found it, why?

Open Banking payments can take 3-4 days to appear after you pay, especially over a weekend or bank holiday — so it's worth waiting a few days.

If after 4 days we still haven't picked it up:

  1. Open the rent reporting screen and tap "Missed a payment?".

  2. We'll refresh your bank connection and show your recent transactions.

  3. Pick the transaction that matches your rent — we'll verify it from there.

If your Open Banking connection has expired, the flow will guide you through reconnecting first.
