I've paid my rent this month but you haven't found it, why?

If you have paid your rent in the last few days it can often take 3-4 days for the payment to appear in your Open Banking so it's worth waiting for this before contacting us.

If after 4 days, Zable hasn't verified your rent then there may be an error with the connection on the bank side. It's worth trying the following steps:

  1. Go to the manage linked accounts page in settings and unlink your account

  2. Go back to rent reporting and click on the missed payment alert

  3. Press choose a different account

  4. Relink the same account you pay rent from

You should then be able to select the payment
