Yes — we expect that rent payments don't always land on the same day each month. Bank holidays, weekends, and pay days all shift things.
Here's how the windows work:
We automatically look for your rent from 4 days before your nominated payment date through to 4 days after.
If we still haven't found it after 4 days, you can manually verify it via "Missed a payment?" — that accepts payments from up to 4 days before through to 28 days after your nominated date.
If 24 days go by with no verification, we'll pause rent reporting and you can set up again when you're ready.
