If you are required to send in proof of address, you can send one of the following list of documents:
A valid UK or EEA Photocard Driving Licence
A HMRC Tax notification (Current tax year), self-assessment letter or tax demand (dated within the current tax year)
A Benefit statement or original notification letter from a benefits agency (Department for Work and Pensions) within the last 3 months eg. Universal Credit statement or Housing benefit confirmation
A Bank, Credit Card, Building society or credit union statement within the last 3 months.
An original mortgage statement from a recognised lender within the last 12 months
A Local Authority Council Tax Bill issued in the last 12 months
A gas, electricity, satellite TV or landline telephone bill or statement dated within the last 3 months
An original Solicitor’s letter confirming house purchase or land registry in the last 3 months confirming address
A NHS Medical card or letter of confirmation from a GP’s practice.
