Why have I been declined?

Unfortunately, it’s difficult to say exactly why we are not always able to provide a loan. When you request a quote we assess hundreds of data points so there is often not one specific reason someone gets declined. We work with our partnering credit reference agency, Experian, to perform a soft credit search. There is a free service that allows you to view your Experian file (https://www.experian.co.uk/).
