  1. PROMOTION DETAILS

    1. This prize draw (the "Promotion") is organized by Lendable Ltd (“Lendable” or “we” or “us”).

    2. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Promotion.

  2. ELIGIBILITY

    1. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:

      1. be a UK resident aged 18 or over;

      2. hold an open Zable credit card account with us at the time of entry and at the time of the prize draw;

      3. currently use a Continuous Payment Authority (“CPA)” via Checkout or Stripe as your only repayment method for your Zable credit card;

      4. switch to Variable Recurring Payments (“VRP”) via Pay by Bank and set it as your primary repayment method before the entry deadline;

      5. not have had VRP as your primary payment method within the 7 days immediately preceding your switch to VRP; and

      6. maintain VRP as your primary payment method for at least 30 days from the date you set it as your primary repayment method.

    2. Employees of Lendable and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

    3. One entry per Zable credit card account.

  3. HOW TO ENTER

    1. To enter the Promotion, you must switch your primary repayment method from CPA to VRP (Pay by Bank) in accordance with the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2 before the entry deadline.
      ​

  4. PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION

    1. There will be 1 (one) winner selected at random.

    2. The winner will receive a cash payment to the primary current account linked to Zable credit card account equal to £1,000 (one thousand British pounds) at the time of the prize draw (the "Prize").

    3. The Prize has no alternative and is non-transferable.

    4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

    5. Winners will be notified by email to the email address registered on their Zable credit card account within 7 days of the prize draw date.

  5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. Notice of any such change will be provided via the Promoter's website or by email.

    2. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

    3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
