Refunds are credited back to the payment method you used to sign up.
If you paid with your Zable credit card, allow a few working days for it to appear on your statement. Refunds can take longer if your card has recently been replaced or closed, or if there's a temporary processing issue.
If you paid another way, allow 7 working days for the refund to reach your account.
