If you cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period, it takes effect immediately and you receive a pro-rated refund.
If you cancel after the cooling-off period, your membership (and all benefits) continue until the end of your current billing period. No refund is given.
If you cancel your Premium membership within the first 60 days of joining and have a custom card, a £10 early cancellation fee will be charged. This includes cancelling during the cooling-off period.
