If you cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period, it takes effect immediately and you receive a pro-rated refund. If you have rent reporting set up, it stops the same day.
If you cancel after the cooling-off period, your membership (and all benefits) continue until the end of your current billing period. No refund is given. Rent reporting continues until then — any rent payment we verify before your end date is still reported — and stops when your membership ends. Your reporting history stays on your Equifax credit file, and we tell Equifax your record has closed so your file isn't left looking incomplete.
If you cancel your Premium membership within the first 60 days of joining and have a custom card, a £10 early cancellation fee will be charged. This includes cancelling during the cooling-off period.
