What happens if my membership payment fails?

If your monthly payment fails, your membership is suspended for 6 days while we retry the payment daily. During suspension:

  • You cannot make new insurance claims (Premium)

  • Credit alerts are paused

  • Your Zable Mobile discount is unaffected

If payment succeeds during the 6 days, your membership reactivates immediately and your billing date resets to the successful payment date.
