If payment isn't collected within 6 days, your membership is cancelled on day 7. You won't be charged for the failed period.
If you have rent reporting set up, it stops when your membership is cancelled. Your reporting history stays on your Equifax credit file, and we tell Equifax your record has closed so your file isn't left looking incomplete. You can restart rent reporting by rejoining a membership.
For Premium, any insurance claims you submitted during a previous paid period will continue to be processed.
