Yes. You can sign up for Essentials again at any time, whether or not you have a Zable credit card - just complete the signup process again. To rejoin Premium, you'll need an eligible Zable credit card.
Rejoining also lets you set up rent reporting again. Your previous reporting history stays on your Equifax credit file — stopping and restarting doesn't remove anything that's already been reported.
