Who can get a custom card?

Custom cards are available to Premium members. If you're on Essentials, you'll need to upgrade to Premium to design one. You can sign up for a Premium membership by navigating to the app’s home screen and selecting ‘Upgrade’. You won't be able to order a custom card if your membership is suspended or if there's an issue with your card or account - for example if you're in arrears or your card is blocked.
