If you got rent reporting through your membership, it ends when your membership ends:
Cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period - rent reporting stops straight away.
Cancel after that - your membership and rent reporting continue until the end of your current billing period.
Your reporting history stays on your Equifax credit file - cancelling doesn't remove anything that's already been reported, and we tell Equifax your record has closed so your file isn't left looking incomplete.
You can restart rent reporting any time by rejoining a membership.
If you're on the free version of rent reporting, your membership is separate - cancelling it doesn't affect your rent reporting.
