Memberships prize draw: terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is Comparable Ltd (company number 10754800) of Telephone House, 69-77 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NW (Comparable).

  2. Entry and eligibility: The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have ordered a Zable custom card between 00:00 on 22nd October 2026 and 23:59 on 18th November 2026 (UK time) and who hold an active Zable Premium membership until the draw on 2nd December 2026. Entry is automatic, limited to one per member, and requires no additional payment, spending, borrowing, repayment or card transaction. The draw is a benefit included in Premium at its normal price, and ordering a custom card is free (although a card fee applies under your Premium membership terms if you cancel Premium before making three subscription payments). The Draw is only available to customers selected at random to take part in a trial. If the Draw is not shown in your Zable app, you are not eligible to enter or win.

  3. Exclusions: You cannot enter or win if, at the time of the draw, you: (a) hold a digital Zable credit card or a Thimbl credit card; (b) are behind on payments (including default or insolvency) on your Zable credit card; (c) are on a payment plan or your account is on hold; (d) have been in persistent debt for more than 36 months; (e) have a pending default on your Zable account; (f) have a suspended or blocked account or card; or (g) are identified on Comparable's fraud records. Lendable group employees, officers, workers and agency staff and their immediate families, and deceased customers, are also excluded.

  4. Prize and draw: 15 winners will each receive a credit of GBP £100 to their Zable card account (total prize value: GBP £1,500). Any amount exceeding the winner's card balance will remain on the account as a credit balance. No cash alternative is available. Winners will be selected at random from valid entries on 2 December 2026 using a recorded random-selection process. The odds depend on the number of valid entries.

  5. Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw and credited within 30 days of the closing date, subject to eligibility checks. An ineligible winner will be replaced by a further random selection. We will make available the surname and county of each winner to confirm that a valid award was made; you may object to this, or ask us to limit it, by contacting cards@zable.co.uk.

  6. General: The Draw is also subject to your Zable Premium membership terms. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Comparable's privacy notice. Comparable may amend or cancel the draw only where unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded. Queries: cards@zable.co.uk.
