Sorry that we were unable to help right now.

When you apply for a card with us we assess various data points from our partnering credit reference agency Experian, and other sources, to understand your eligibility.

The good thing about that is we do our best to look at your circumstances as a whole and won't just decline you for one particular reason. Unfortunately, this also means that we can't give you an exact reason as to why we can't go ahead at the moment.

To further understand your credit rating you can do this directly with Experian online. You’re also welcome to reapply with us again at a later date.
