How to view or change your PIN

View your PIN in the App if you have forgotten it

You will have to set up your PIN during your application. If you have forgotten your PIN, feel free to view it in the app. Please note that you may need to update your App to view your PIN. A common reason for needing to view or reset your PIN is when your card gets blocked due to multiple incorrect PIN attempts. This security measure protects your account from unauthorized access.

Why Does a PIN Block Occur?

A PIN block occurs as a security measure when the wrong PIN is entered multiple times (typically three or more). This ensures unauthorized access is prevented, protecting your account from potential fraud.

You can view your PIN Here. To view your PIN, ensure you have authenticated through the app using Face ID, fingerprint, or your app passcode.

You can change your PIN Here. To change your PIN, select the option within the app and follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the update.

Troubleshooting Issues

If you encounter challenges in the process:

  • Ensure the Zable app is updated to the latest version.

  • Confirm you are entering the new PIN correctly.

  • Try multiple ATMs or merchants in case of localized technical issues. If the issue persists, contact Zable Support for assistance within one business day.

After setting a new PIN, please go to your closest ATM, enter your new PIN, check your balance and then remove card. The PIN would then be set on the card and ready to use. You will need to make your next in-store purchase with the new PIN in order to activate contactless. If you face difficulties, make sure the app is updated, confirm you are entering the new PIN correctly, and try another ATM if the issue persists.
