My contactless is not working

First Use:
After you receive your physical card, you’ll need to make your first purchase using your PIN. This will activate contactless payments.

Ongoing Security:
Occasionally, you’ll be asked to use your PIN again to verify your identity before contactless payments will work. This helps protect your account from fraud.

Forgot Your PIN?
You can view your PIN anytime in the Zable App. Just tap “Card,” then “Card details,” followed by “View PIN.”

Reached Your Contactless Limit?
If you hit your contactless transaction limit, simply make your next in-store purchase using your PIN to reactivate contactless.

Note:
If you only have a virtual card (such as on a starter card), you won’t have a card PIN. In digital wallets, if you’re asked for a PIN, use your phone’s passcode, not a card PIN.
