What if I lose my card?

If you lose your Zable card, you can request a replacement card here or directly in the Zable App.

Please remember:

  • Make sure your delivery address is up to date so the new card is sent to the right place.

  • While you wait for your new card, you won’t be able to use your card in your digital wallet (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

  • Once your replacement card arrives and is activated, you can add it back to your Apple Pay or Google Pay.
