How do I login to my app?

Logging into the App requires two simple steps:

Step 1: Open the App and enter the email address you applied with. This is the email address we will have sent your "Welcome to Zable" email to.

Once this is done you will receive a login link to your email inbox.

Step 2: On the device on which the App is installed, open up the email login link and tap "Login to my account"

This will automatically redirect you back to the App and log you straight in.

Always ensure that the login link you are using is the most recent one requested (check the email timestamp) If you're unable to locate the most recent login link, try checking your spam or junk email folders as well.

If the link does not redirect you to the App or it directs you to the App but you are asked to verify your email again, please copy the link from your email and paste it on your web browser. Additionally, ensure that you are using the same device for both receiving the email and accessing the app to avoid compatibility issues. If the problem persists, consider updating or reinstalling the app, as this may resolve software-related issues.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you’re unable to log into your account despite following the steps above, consider the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Verify Your Email Address

  • Ensure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.

  • Check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the login email, and always use the latest link sent.

2. Update or Reinstall the App

  • Check for updates in your app store and ensure the app is running on the latest version.

  • If the issue continues, delete the app and reinstall it before logging in again.

3. Persistent Login Problems

  • Confirm that the app shows the login link has been sent after entering your email.

  • Manually copy the login link from your email and paste it into a browser if redirection fails.

Final Steps

  • If issues persist, contact customer support to verify your account information (e.g., name, email, date of birth). Support can help resolve specific errors preventing login.
