You can withdraw up to £300 per day at an ATM using your physical Zable card.
Important things to know:
Fee: There is a 3% fee for each cash withdrawal (minimum £3).
Reporting: All cash withdrawals are reported to credit reference agencies, which may impact your credit file.
Physical Card Required: Cash withdrawals can only be made with your physical Zable card, not your virtual card.
Balance Display: If an ATM shows £0 available but you have funds in your Zable app, you can still withdraw as long as your app shows enough balance.
Control Withdrawals: You can block or unblock cash withdrawals anytime using ‘spend controls’ in the app.
Limitations: Withdrawing cash on a credit card can be expensive. We recommend using a debit card for cash withdrawals if possible. If your cash withdrawal fees get high, we may block further withdrawals and notify you.
