We require your monthly payments to be charged by Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) rather than by Direct Debit. CPA is a type of recurring payment that is set up using your debit card details. You can set the amount and payment date that works best for you and we will send across a statement 5-8 days before your payment date each month. Your card details are stored securely in the App.

Whilst we do require a payment method to be set up before you are able to activate the card, please be assured that if you do not use the card you will not be charged.

We also have the option for you to set up a variable recurring payment (also known as a VRP) by giving us authority to connect to your bank account and to collect your payment. You can do this within the repay section of the app. To locate this, please navigate to 'Repay' and then select 'Method', then click on 'Pay by bank account'. You will then be asked to select your bank from the list of approved banks. Once you have selected your bank, please select 'Go to your bank' and follow the instructions in regards to approving this in your banking App. If you cannot see your bank listed it would mean that your bank isn't part of the approved list and you will need to set up a recurring payment using your debit card details.
