Why are you asking for my card details?

We require monthly payments to be collected by Continuous Payment Authority (CPA), not by Direct Debit. This means payments are made using your debit card details.

Key Points About CPA:

  • Set your preferred payment amount and date in the Zable App.

  • Your debit card details are stored securely.

  • We’ll email your statement 5–8 days before your payment date to give you plenty of notice.

  • You must set up a payment method before you can activate your card—but if you don’t use the card, you’ll never be charged.

Variable Recurring Payment (VRP) Option:
You can also authorise Zable to collect your payment directly from your bank account.

  • In the app, go to ‘Pay’ > ‘Pay from’.

  • Select your bank from the approved list and follow the links to your banking app for final approval.

  • If your bank isn’t on the list, just use your debit card details to set up your CPA.

You stay in control: your payment settings can be changed at any time within the Zable App.
