Due to UK regulations aimed at protecting you from fraud, we sometimes require you to complete a security check when making larger purchases online. Here’s what you need to know:
How to Approve Your Transaction
When you're shopping online, the merchant’s website will prompt you to perform a security check for some transactions.
You’ll be asked to log in to the Zable App to approve the transaction.
If you have app notifications turned on, you'll also receive a notification.
In the app, you’ll see a prompt to approve or decline the transaction. Never approve a transaction you don’t recognise.
Once you approve, return to the merchant’s website and click continue.
Please note: Approval in the app doesn’t guarantee the transaction will go through; you also need to have enough available credit.
What If I Can’t Complete a Purchase?
Some merchants’ online checkouts may not be ready for these new regulations. If you can’t complete a purchase, it may be due to this. We are working with merchants to encourage updates.
Fast Checkout Option
For certain eligible merchants, you can enable “fast checkout” in the app to skip the security check on future purchases. You’ll see this option when selecting or approving transactions with those merchants. If you don’t see the option, “fast checkout” isn’t currently available for that merchant.
