Tips on how to successfully upload a photo of your ID that meets our requirements

For us to successfully check your ID document, please ensure the photo that you upload meets the following requirements:

  • We can see all four corners of the document. If it's a passport, we need all four corners of the picture page.

  • It must be a clear photo of good quality so that we can verify your details. Please ensure the photo is not blurry.

  • There must be no glare distorting your face or any of your information.

  • There must be no objects (hands/fingers/paper) covering any of the information.

  • We only accept original documents. Screenshots or scanned copies will not be accepted. We are also unable to use ID which has expired.
