For us to successfully check your ID document, please ensure the photo that you upload meets the following requirements:
We can see all four corners of the document. If it's a passport, we need all four corners of the picture page.
It must be a clear photo of good quality so that we can verify your details. Please ensure the photo is not blurry.
There must be no glare distorting your face or any of your information.
There must be no objects (hands/fingers/paper) covering any of the information.
We only accept original documents. Screenshots or scanned copies will not be accepted. We are also unable to use ID which has expired.
