Important things to know before closing:
Clear your balance: Make sure your account balance is £0, with no pending transactions. If you have surplus credit, use it or request a refund from our support team before closing your account.
After closure:
Your Zable card will be immediately terminated—you won’t be able to make transactions or use the card.
Securely dispose of your Zable card to avoid unauthorised use.
You’ll be automatically logged out of the app.
Keep any important account documentation for your records.
Outstanding balances: If you close your account with a remaining balance, you must continue to make at least the minimum monthly payments until your balance is cleared. Interest will continue to be charged on any outstanding amount unless agreed otherwise.
Data retention: We’ll keep your data only as long as required by law and our Privacy Policy.
