If you’d like to proceed with closing your Zable account, you can do so Here. Please note, once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you will not be able to open a new account with Zable in the future.

Closing your Zable account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Please ensure this decision aligns with your long-term needs before proceeding.

You will need to bring your account balance to £0 (including no pending transactions) If you have surplus credit remaining, you must use it or request a refund via the support team before initiating the closure process.

After closing your Zable account, securely dispose of your Zable card to prevent unauthorized use. Retain any documentation related to the account for your records.

Once you've initiated the account closure process, we automatically log you out of the Zable app and suspend your card. After account closure, we will retain your data for only as long as necessary to comply with regulatory and anti-money laundering laws in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Additionally, your card will be terminated immediately, and you will no longer be able to make transactions or reactivate the card. If your account is closed with an outstanding balance, it will enter a 'paydown' state, requiring you to continue making at least the minimum payments each month until the balance reaches £0. Interest will continue to accrue on any outstanding balance unless an alternative arrangement is made.
