Before you can activate your Zable card, you will need to set up a repayment method within the app. This can either be through providing a debit card or by linking directly to your bank account.
If you have a virtual card you will be able to activate your physical card from the home page within the Zable app.
To activate your Zable card once it has arrived:
Open your Zable App and click the 'card' button
Tap 'my card has arrived'
You must then enter the last 4 digits of the 16-digit card number from the back of your Zable Card in the App to activate it
Please note that:
The first time you use your card, you must enter your PIN in the card reader. Following that transaction, you’ll be free to use the contactless function for payments up to £100
You cannot activate your physical Zable card before it has arrived
You only have 3 attempts to activate your card, so please ensure you carefully enter the last 4 digits of the 16-digit card number
If you are behind on your repayments, you will not be able to activate your replacement card until a payment is made to bring your account up to date
