At Zable, we are committed to making credit accessible for everyone. Whether you have vision, mobility, hearing, speech or cognitive needs - or need any other support with using your card - we want to make sure our product works for you.

If you struggle to tap your screen or press buttons:

  • You can set up the the Zable App on both iOS and Android to log in using FaceID.

  • You can enable assistive touch on iOS device by going to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch. Your phone will guide you through how to use this.

  • We do not currently support voice control of the Zable App but are always working to improve the accessibility of our products and services. We intend to make this available on both iOS and Android in future.

We are still learning and welcome any feedback and suggestions. You can contact us in the Zable App at any time.

For more information on how to make your device easier to use you can visit iOS guides here or Android guides here.

AbilityNet also provide a number of free guides here.
