A frozen credit file restricts access to your credit report and is a good protection measure to prevent fraud and credit accounts being opened in your name. However, if you have a freeze or a lock on your credit report, we can't determine whether you are eligible for a Zable Card.
You can unfreeze your credit report through TransUnion by going to their website (it should take only a couple of minutes to complete):
Once you've unfrozen your TransUnion credit report, come back to continue your application by clicking on this link [link to Zable card application], and clicking the "Retry" button on the bottom of the screen.
Once you are finished with your application (that is, after you have read through the Cardholder Agreement, agreed to the Terms and Conditions in that Cardholder Agreement, and clicked “Submit My Application”), you can refreeze your credit file.
