A frozen credit file restricts access to your credit report. It is a helpful safeguard against fraud and unauthorized accounts from being opened in your name. However, if your credit report is frozen or locked, we are unable to complete the credit check required to process your Zable Card application.
If you'd like to continue applying for a Zable Card, you can unfreeze your credit report through TransUnion. It only takes a couple of minutes:

Once you've unfrozen your TransUnion credit report, return to your application using this link and click "Retry" at the bottom of the screen.
Once you have submitted your application, you are welcome to refreeze your credit file.
