To initiate the cancellation of your loan, please log into the online portal and submit a payment equivalent to the cash amount that was transferred to your bank account within 10 days from when the loan was opened.
Once the payment is processed, which may take up to four business days, please reach out to us at +1 (254) 272-6442 or via email at customer@zable.support.com to request the loan cancellation.
If your loan is currently on autopay, we recommend disabling this feature to avoid any additional payments while the cancellation process is underway.
