With some suppliers (e.g. Metapaper) the connection is confirmed automatically. With others (e.g. Sappi and Antalis) the confirmation takes approx. 24-48h. This has to do with the fact that the supplier first checks whether a contractual relationship already exists with the printer and then feeds the customer-dependent prices into Zaikio Procurement.
