App publisher – How is my app displayed in the store?

This article will help you to correctly list your app in the Zaikio Store.

After you have set up your app technically, you should now take care of the correct display of the information in the Zaikio Store.

You can edit the settings for this in the Listing section.

We currently support three languages:

  • English

  • English (US)

  • German

English is the default language. All information stored there is automatically adopted for the other languages, unless it is manually adapted for the respective languages.

Please fill in all fields completely so that your customers have a good overview of the type and functions of your app, can find additional information and contact you directly if necessary.

Header

Here you present all the general information about your app, such as title, tagline and a short summary.

Screenshots

You can upload several photos or screenshots what show your app. You can also set a colour for the image background.

Description

Please add a short description of your app, which will be displayed next to the screenshots. If necessary, you can expand it further. If you have a separate website for your app (e.g. landing page), you can link directly to it.

Top benefits

Here you have the possibility to describe up to four advantages/features of your app.


Features & Plans

Features and Plans in Zaikio Store

Here you can see the payment plans you have previously created (under Plans and pricing). For each plan you can optionally enter an alternative name, which is then displayed instead of the actual name. You can proceed like this with the stored features and possible usage costs.


Contact & Support

Contact and Support in Zaikio Store

Contact & Support

Here you can enter the contact details for your app. If you offer an additional Enterprise Plan, it is important that you fill out the sales email. This is then displayed to the customers below the payment plans (see previous image). We also display a support email, a support telephone number and a support URL.

Legal

A link will guide your customers to your terms and conditions and your privacy policy.

Guide

At the end, you can link to instructions or tips & tricks for your app for your customers.
