How to accept/decline requests and view existing contracts in Procurement for Suppliers

All contracts with your customers are shown in the menu Contracts. You can use one of the filters or the search field, in order to filter for customers.

Existing contracts

By clicking on one of the contracts, you can see more details, like who is the contact person, organization details, pricing agreements, etc.. On the top right side you have the possibility to view all orders of this particular customer, edit the customer details or delete the contract. Within the customer details you can choose a customer support who will be informed about incoming orders, too. The customer support has to be part of the organization.

Accept/decline a request

If there is an open contract request, you can access and accept or decline the request by clicking on it. By accepting the request you can enter the customer's ID and selecte the appropriate currency. If you have to decline the request, you can use one of two notification templates or type your own reason which is send to the customer.

Note

In the future, you'll have the possibility to set an account manager, which will be informed about everything related to this customer like orders.
