In this menu you can edit some general settings.
Appearance
In this settings you can set how you are displayed to customers. This includes in which countries you are visible, which products are displayed and which status your organization has. Further on you can choose the features you support. On the right side you can find a preview, but we set this up with you in the onboarding process.
Besides that you can add contact details to make it easier for customers to reach you. For example, they will be displayed to new customers if you are only accepting existing customers.
Orders
Specify which guidelines apply to cancellations and, if required, how your deliveries should be structured.
Notifications
With these settings you can define when you want to receive system notifications, e.g. when a new customer makes a connection request or you have received a new order. For each email address you can select which type of notification should be sent to this contact. With regard to order notifications, you can subscribe to each type of notification individually or select all order notifications at once with the entry all order notifications. For reminders, you will receive emails at regular intervals when there are unanswered orders or connection requests.
You can add as many email addresses as you like by clicking the New Subscription button.
