In Zaikio Procurement, you are able to enter an individual reference for each of your requirements. Now you can also send this product reference to the supplier with your order (not supported by all suppliers yet). When checking out the order, you can also enter a reference for your entire order.
This makes the allocation during delivery even easier and clearer.
If you have not set your own reference, you can still identify your orders via the automatically generated Zaikio reference at order and item level.

Did you know that you can add more requirements to your order before placing it? On the left side of the order form/module you find other open requirements from the same supplier and the same delivery address. By clicking on the corresponding buttons, you can quickly add or remove requirements and thus reduce any shortage surcharges.
