Once you have selected a material and entered your required quantity, Procurement always suggests the best price. The column Packaging gives you the option to select alternative packaging sizes.

Did you know that deviations from your requirements are highlighted in yellow? For example, if you need 800 sheets of paper, but the minimum order quantity or the cheapest requirement is 1,000 sheets, this will be highlighted. This also applies to the expected delivery date, if the customer supports this function.
