This view contains the smart lists for all jobs of your organisation. It also shows the progress of your jobs.
Detailed view
To view all jobs in a smart list, just click on the list. At the bottom, you'll find the conditions that have to be matched for a job to appear in this list.
You can search for specific jobs and customise the table. Enable or disable columns to show or hide them in your view. You can change the order of the fields by drag and drop. You can also pin a column to make it always visible in the table.
Click on any job in the list items to get a detailed overview for the given job. For clarity, the information is divided up into the following tabs:
Overview: The main facts about the job, like category, circulation, dimensions, progress, etc.
Specification: Parts of the product.
Milestones: A rough outline of the production process.
Work steps: All steps needed to produce the job.
Todos: What needs to be done in order to produce the job.
Files: Location of the stored file, e.g. in Zaikio Vault.
