This view contains smart lists of all orders of your organisation, including showing the progress of your jobs.

Detailed view

To view all orders in a smart list, just click on the list. At the bottom, you'll find the conditions that have to be matched for an order to appear in this list.

You can search for specific orders and customise the table. Enable or disable columns to show or hide them in your view. You can change the order of the fields by drag and drop. You can also pin a column to make it always visible in the table.

Click on any order in the list items to get a detailed overview for the given order. For clarity, the information is divided up into the following tabs:

  • Overview: The main facts about the order, the customer and billing information.

  • Jobs: Linking to the jobs of the order.

  • Line items: Displaying all line items of the order.

  • Files: Location of the stored file, e.g. in Zaikio Vault.
