How to Add & Edit Conferencing Tools

How to Add & Edit Conferencing Tools

Step 1 Navigate to the calendar page > Click "Conferencing Apps"

Step 2 Click "Add" (Note: Cal Video is automatically added as default until you change your default video conferencing tool)

Step 3 Once you've chosen your default video conferencing tool, you will be asked to bulk update the conferencing location for your event types (you can still customize these in the event type settings)

Step 4 Click the three dots to make a conferencing tool default or remove and delete the tool
