There are a few common reasons a deposit might fail:
Apple Pay, card, or bank deposits: If you’re using MoonPay or Coinbase, the payment may have been declined or the process interrupted in their checkout flow. Try again, use a different deposit method, or reach out to the Moonpay or Coinbase customer support.
Crypto deposits: We currently only support deposits of USDC on Solana. Deposits sent on other networks won’t appear in your account.
Deposits can take a few minutes to arrive depending on network activity or your payment provider. This is normal, so give it a bit of time to show up.
