SC Order Tags & Flows can add, remove, delay or backdate order tags to automate order management workflows.
Requirements
You must disable all tags within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, and create all tagging rules within SC Order Tags & Flows.
If both apps are trying to tag the same orders this can lead to missing tags.
Disable tags in Zapiet - Pickup and Delivery
If you have automatic tags set up in Zapiet - Pickup and Delivery, you will need to disable them. You will need to disable both the location-specific tags and the general tags.
Follow our guides below to disable pickup, delivery and shipping tags:
Create a workflow
In SC Order Tags & Flows, click Create workflow.
In the Start from Scratch section, click Get started.
Set up your workflow.
Choose your workflow trigger and name your workflow.
Click Add criteria to my workflow.
Tick Zapiet delivery/pickup date order attribute and click Add criteria.
Select which Zapiet attributes you would like to apply to your orders.
You can also change or remove the tag prefixes.
If needed, customise your tags.
If needed, finish setting up your workflow and test your workflow.

Click Save Workflow.
You have now created a workflow that will tag orders with the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery attributes.
