You can create an order report by exporting your orders through Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery into a CSV file.

We offer the default template. For any complex customizations, you can use apps like Exportify or Better reports.

Requirements

  • You need to be on the Advanced plan or higher with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.

Export orders

  1. Open the Orders tab. You can also view your orders in the Dashboard.

  2. Select the orders you'd like to export.

If you need to filter them first, click + Add filter and select the required filter.

  3. Click Export to CSV, and then Order details.

  4. In the pop-up, enter your email address, and click Export orders.

  5. You should get an email with the download link to the email you provided. Click Download orders.

Your export file should look similar to the one below.

Orders containing multiple products will be duplicated, with each product added in a separate line.

Opening a CSV file in Safari

If you download a CSV file using Safari browser, it will automatically open in the browser.

To save the file:

  1. Right-click on the page and select Save Page As.

  2. Change the format to Page Source before saving.

  3. Open the file using Excel or Numbers.

Limitations

  • You can only export orders made in the last 60 days (Shopify limitation)—if you need to export older orders, you can use apps like Exportify or Better reports.

  • You can only export to one email address at a time.

  • If you are using Microsoft Excel, the data will be changed to scientific notation by default.

  • You will be able to export a specific date range, only if you're using our date pickers. Please note that the filters are designed to search for orders that are due between the selected dates, not orders that were created between those dates.
