Export your pickup, delivery, and shipping orders from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery to different apps and services using Zapier.
Requirements
You need to be on the Advanced plan or higher in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
You need to have a Zapier account.
You need to have at least one recent pickup, delivery, and shipping order in our app.
Activate Zapier
Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery is not a public Zap, so you will need to add it from our app.
In Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, click Settings, then click External services.
Click Activate Zapier.
Copy the Zapiet API key, as you will need it later.
Click the link in the setup guide to log into your Zapier account.
Click Accept Invite & Build a Zap.
You will now be able to create Zaps using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery as a trigger (starting point) for the Zap. Pickup, delivery, and shipping orders are separated, so you will need to create a separate zap for each type of order.
Create a pickup order Zap
Make sure you have created a test pickup order.
In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.
In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
As a Trigger event, choose New Pickup Order.
Click Continue.
If this is your first time setting up a Zap, you will need to create a new account. Click + Connect a new account.
In the pop-up, add the API key you've copied from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and click Yes, Continue.
Click Continue.
Click Test trigger.
You should now see at least one of your pickup orders. Click Continue with selected record, and continue setting up the rest of your Zap.
Create an updated pickup order Zap
Make sure you have created a test pickup order.
In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.
In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
As a Trigger event, choose Updated Pickup Order.
Click Continue.
If you've already added a new account, select that one from the list.
Click Continue.
Click Test trigger, but we will skip the test for updated order trigger as Zapier is unable to recognise it in a test.
Click Skip test.
Click Continue, and continue setting up the rest of your Zap.
Create a delivery order Zap
Make sure you have created a test delivery order.
In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.
In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
As a Trigger event, choose New Delivery Order.
Click Continue.
If this is your first time setting up a Zap, you will need to create a new account. Click + Connect a new account.
If you've already added a new account, select that one from the list.
If you're creating a new account, in the pop-up, add the API key you've copied from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and click Yes, Continue to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
Click Continue.
Click Test your trigger.
You should now see at least one of your delivery orders. Click Continue with selected record, and continue setting up the rest of your Zap.
Create an updated delivery order Zap
In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.
In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
As a Trigger event, choose Updated Delivery Order.
Click Continue.
If you've already added a new account, select that one from the list.
Click Continue.
Click Test trigger, but we will skip the test for updated order trigger as Zapier is unable to recognise it in a test.

Create a shipping order Zap
Make sure you have created a test shipping order.
In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.
In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
As a Trigger event, choose New Shipping Order.
Click Continue.
If this is your first time setting up a Zap, you will need to create a new account. Click + Connect a new account.
If you've already added a new account, select that one from the list.
If you're creating a new account, in the pop-up, add the API key you've copied from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and click Yes, Continue to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
Click Continue.
Click Test your trigger.
You should now see at least one of your delivery orders. Click Continue with selected record, and continue setting up the rest of your Zap.
Create an updated shipping order Zap
In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.
In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).
As a Trigger event, choose Updated Shipping Order.
Click Continue.
If you've already added a new account, select that one from the list.
Click Continue.
Click Test trigger, but we will skip the test for updated order trigger as Zapier is unable to recognise it in a test.
Click Skip test.
Click Continue, and continue setting up the rest of your Zap.
Limitations
Draft orders will only be sent to Zapier after they have been marked as paid and a real order is created.
Add Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery details to the draft order before it has been marked as paid to create a Zap.
