How can I identify on Hubspot that a lead is from Zaplify?
To be sure that the contact comes from Zaplify, select "Prospect Status" as a field when doing the field mapping step.
After this, it will be possible to create an advanced filter in Hubspot to find all contacts coming from Zaplify by adding a filter with the Contact properties "Zaplify Prospect Status" = is known.
If you wish to show directly on the contact card if the lead is from Zaplify, you can easily add it to the contact card view.
Go to contact card view
Click on the left ‘View all properties’
Scroll down and find the field ‘Zaplify Prospect Status’
Click Add to your view
Now you can see on the contact card if the prospect if from Zaplify and the current status of the prospect.
