I paid my balance, why am I still receiving emails?
If you've already paid your balance, it may take some time for the system to update. The Unrecovered email notifications are purely automated and sent as a reminder, so you can safely ignore them.
I am paid weekly, why am I still receiving emails about my Unrecovered status?
If you are paid weekly, your account is protected from duplicate deductions, so you won't have the option of manually repaying your unrecovered balance.
However, you may still receive the automated Unrecovered email notifications. The payout(s) marked unrecovered will be automatically deducted from your next paycheck, so you can safely ignore the email notifications.
