Verifying your account on the ZBD App is easy. Follow these steps to complete your account verification:
Open the ZBD App: Launch the ZBD app on your device.
Navigate to the Top Left of the App: Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.
Click on Settings: In the menu, select "Settings."
Go to Account and Personal Area: Tap "Account" and then select the "Personal" option from the list.
Click on “Verify Me”: A new tab will appear where you can tap "Verify Me" to start the verification process.
Complete Your Verification: Upload a valid ID document, such as your Passport, Driver’s License, or other Federal ID to complete the process.
Wait for the Verification Update: Your verification will be processed within 48 hours. You’ll be notified with an update on your verification status, such as “Rejected” or “Approved.”
