We’re sad to see you go! Here’s how delete your ZBD Account:
Open your ZBD App.
Tap on your avatar or image in the top left corner of the screen.
Select Settings.
Select Account.
Choose Personal and tap on Request Account Deletion at the bottom of the screen.
You're all set! We will work on deleting your account. Once submitted, your account information will be forwarded to the Compliance and Engineering teams for processing.
Make sure you have updated your ZBD app to the latest version before proceeding. This ensures compatibility and an optimal experience during the deletion process.
Please note: Once your account has been deleted, you won't be able to use ZBD App products and services, including the wallet and other features. If you have multiple ZBD accounts, you will need to follow the deletion process for each account individually.
After submitting the account deletion request, our teams will review the account information and flag it for deletion. Confirmation emails will be sent once the process is successfully completed, but the processing time may vary depending on the internal workload.
