Open Playtime within the ZBD App.

Once you access it, click on the My Games tab. It should be in the top-right corner corner:

Under My Games are listed the games being played. Tap the game and select the option to Submit a Ticket. Playtime can also be contacted by emailing (contact@adjoe.zone).
