Withdrawing your Bitcoin from the ZBD App is easy:
Open your ZBD App and tap the wallet tab on the bottom navigation bar.
Tap on the Transfer Bitcoin card in the middle.
Choose how you want to withdraw your sats.
Generate a Lightning invoice in your receiving wallet or exchange for the specific amount you want to withdraw. Make sure your receiving platform supports Lightning Network payments.
Scan the QR code of the generated Lightning invoice or manually paste the invoice string into the app.
Available withdrawal methods are location-dependent. Here’s what we currently offer:
Bipa: Brazilian users can convert sats into Brazilian reals, and then instantly transfer into a bank account.
Bitrefill: Access over 5,000 gift card options, including Uber, iFood, Apple, Google, and Steam.
Bitstamp: Use a Bitstamp account, the world’s longest-running crypto exchange, to seamlessly transfer BTC between platforms.
Bitnob: Users in several African states can convert their earnings into local fiat currency and spend it through Bitnob.
Cash App: Users in the US and UK can cash out their earnings via Cash App.
Coinbase: Users in the US and other locations can transfer Bitcoin into their Coinbase accounts.
Kraken: Users in the US and other locations can transfer sats into their Kraken accounts. To withdraw sats to Coinbase using the Lightning Network:

Select the correct amount and ensure the Lightning option is chosen.
Copy the Lightning invoice string.
Open the ZBD app and paste the invoice string into the "Send/Pay Lightning Invoice" field.
Confirm the transaction in the ZBD app. Note: Always check Coinbase’s payment minimums and maximums if issues arise.
Lightning Address: Transfer your sats using your Lightning Address from other wallets or exchanges.
Pay with BTC:Use your Bitcoin IRL wherever Bitcoin is accepted. Find places that accept sats!
Simply select your option, follow steps for the selected method, and confirm the transaction! When using Lightning invoices, ensure that the QR code or invoice string is properly scanned or pasted, and double-check the transaction details before confirmation.
Troubleshooting Withdrawal Issues
If you encounter issues withdrawing your funds, follow these troubleshooting steps: For iOS users:
Clear the app cache by uninstalling and reinstalling the ZBD app. For Android users:
Go to phone Settings > Apps > ZBD > Storage & Cache.
Clear the app cache. If the problem persists, clear the storage to reset the app. Additional Measures (for both iOS and Android):
Restart the device.
Log out of your ZBD account and log back in.
Force-close the app and reopen it.
Remember: Available withdrawal methods can vary by location. Please specify your location within the app to see the most accurate options for you. ✨ Withdrawals can only be initiated through the ZBD mobile app, not the web app. Additionally, platforms like PayPal do not currently support payments via the Lightning Network.
