What are Shop ZBD rewards?
Shop ZBD Rewards is a program that links offers from advertisers directly to your enrolled card, allowing you to automatically earn cash back. Simply select your offers, use your enrolled card at participating advertisers, and earn cash back.
When will I receive my cashback?
You will receive cash back as sats (satoshis) in your secure ZBD wallet. Every offer differs on when your cashback is available, so be sure to check out their offer page for payout details.
How much does it cost to join?
As with all ZBD features, it is completely free to join Shop ZBD rewards. Once you have linked your payment card, you will be automatically enrolled and will automatically start earning cash back.
How do I activate offers?
Card Linked Offers: First, link your account via Plaid in the “Shop ZBD” tab. Once your card account is linked, rewards will automatically be tracked when you shop at participating advertisers using the linked account.
Online Offers: Select "Shop online" button on each offer link and complete your purchase on that brand’s website. See Troubleshooting FAQs for details on ensuring your offers are tracked properly.
How much cash back do I get?
Shop ZBD partner brands offer a cash back reward on your qualifying purchase. The reward amount depends on the offer which has been activated, and it’s usually equal to a percentage of your purchase or a flat cash back amount if your purchase meets or exceeds a minimum amount. Additional offers may be available for activities like shopping on certain days of the week or making multiple purchases. You will earn cash back for all offers you are eligible for, subject to reward maximums set by an advertiser. Be sure to review the payout and reward details on each offer page.
Is there a limit to the number of offers from which I can earn cash back?
No, there is no limit to the number of offers you can redeem on Shop ZBD Rewards. However, each offer has different reward details, so be sure to check out each offer page.
What happens if I return my order?
If you return all or part of your order, the cash back will not be earned on that purchase once the card is refunded for the return. It’s important to be aware of refund periods. Please check with the seller on their refund policies.
How do I find out which brands offer cancellation and refunds?

How do I verify my cashback has been posted to my ZBD wallet?
Sign into the ZBD App, and tap the wallet box. There you will see a list of recent transactions and requests.
