How do I know if my software or settings are preventing cash back?
Cashback activation may be affected by certain software or settings. Here are some tips to troubleshoot:
● COOKIES:
○ Ensure that security or protection software settings allow cookies from ZBD Rewards Connect Affiliate
program and the stores you're shopping at. Cookies help us track your
purchases and activate cash back.
○ For firewall software (e.g., Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security), disable the
ad-blocking option when starting a shopping session with ZBD Rewards Connect's
Affiliate program.
○ Turn off browser extensions linked to shopping rewards or coupon sites, as they may
redirect your shopping session away from ZBD Rewards Connect's Affiliate program.
● BROWSERS IN PRIVATE MODE:
○ Avoid using private or incognito mode as it may prevent communication with stores and activation of cash back.
● VPN USAGE:
○ Disable your VPN while shopping, as ZBD Rewards Connect's Affiliate program,
cannot guarantee cash back activation when a VPN is active.
● NETWORK-LEVEL TRAFFIC BLOCKING:
○ For network-level traffic blocking software (e.g., Bitdefender and Pi-hole), create an exception for ZBD Rewards Connect's Affiliate program.com in the settings.
● AD BLOCKERS:
○ Ad blockers can prevent us from tracking your eligible orders for cash back.
○ For AdBlock, add Finfare Rewards Connect's Affiliate program to the whitelist to enable
cash back. Disable the ad blocker during shopping sessions and re-enable it afterward.
○ For AdBlock Plus, uBlock Origin, and other ad blockers, disable them during shopping
trips and re-enable them afterward.
● CONTENT BLOCKERS ON MOBILE:
○ Content blockers on mobile devices can block cash back activation.
○ On iOS devices, go to Settings > Safari > Content Blockers, and turn off all content
blockers. Start your shopping trip from ZBD Rewards Connect's Affiliate program to ensure cash back activation. Re-enable content blockers when done shopping.
